What the guarantee covers
Keystone will refund 100% of the Keystone website design and development fees you paid for your website project if you are not satisfied with the result and request the refund within 30 calendar days after the website launches publicly.
This is a satisfaction guarantee. You do not need to demonstrate a technical defect.
What is excluded
Separately approved domain registrations, hosting, third-party purchases or licenses, and ongoing services are excluded. These costs are identified separately from your website design and development fee.
The website guarantee does not extend to separate custom software projects, integrations, managed AI workspaces, or other ongoing service agreements.
How to request a refund
- Email info@keystonewebstudios.com within 30 calendar days after launch.
- Include your business name, website address, and a statement that you are not satisfied and want to use the website guarantee.
- We will confirm the request and arrange the refund of the covered fees.
What “launch” means
Launch is the date the completed website is made publicly available following your approval. Private previews and the first iteration used for review do not start the 30-day window.
Website results
The guarantee concerns your satisfaction with our website design and development. It does not promise a particular search ranking, amount of traffic, sales result, or completion date for work outside the agreed scope.
