A few good questions.
A clearer next step.

The practical details behind working with Keystone, from your first website preview to the tools your team uses every day.

01 / Getting started

Getting started

What does Keystone build?
Websites and ecommerce stores, custom applications, workflow automations, integrations, custom AI agents, and managed AI workspaces. We start with what your business needs to accomplish and choose the tools around that.
Can we start with one small project?
Yes. A website refresh, recurring report, staff tool, or connection between two systems can be a useful starting point. We can plan the next step around what your team learns from using it.
Do we need a detailed specification?
No. Bring your current website or systems, the work that takes too much time, and the outcome you want. We’ll help turn that into a practical scope.
Who will we work with?
You’ll work directly with Keystone on the goals, build, and ongoing use of the system. Meet the people behind Keystone.

02 / Websites & delivery

Websites & delivery

Do you only build WordPress websites?
No. We build with WordPress when it suits the project, and we develop custom applications and functionality outside WordPress when the work calls for it.
Can we see an initial version in 24 hours?
For suitable projects, an initial preview can be ready in as little as 24 hours after the scope, materials, and access are in place. Timing depends on the project and our agreed start. The first preview is the beginning of review, not a promise that every website launches in a day.
How does the website satisfaction guarantee work?
You can request a refund of covered Keystone website design and development fees within 30 calendar days after launch if you are not satisfied. Separately approved hosting, domains, third-party purchases, and ongoing services are excluded. Read the complete guarantee for its scope and request process.
Can an agent help us update the website?
Yes, when the website has the appropriate connections and permissions. An agent can help prepare pages, work with content, update products, and carry out other defined tasks. We configure the workflow and any review steps around the actions you want to allow.
Can you improve an existing website?
Often, yes. We review the current platform, design, access, performance, and requirements before recommending an improvement plan or a rebuild.

03 / Software, agents & connections

Software, agents & connections

How are Custom AI Agents and Managed AI Workspaces different?
Custom AI Agents focuses on designing and building agents for specific work. Managed AI Workspaces adds the configured working environment, connected tools, reusable procedures, training, ongoing management, and human support around your team.
Can AI work with our local files and online systems?
Where the chosen tools support it and you authorize access, workflows can involve local files and applications as well as connected websites, customer systems, and email services. We establish the available capabilities and permissions for your setup.
Do we need custom development for every connection?
No. We check existing integrations and suitable APIs first. Custom development is useful when the available tools do not support the workflow or actions you need.
Will an agent publish or send things automatically?
The workflow can include drafts, previews, and review before publishing or sending. We agree on which actions can run automatically and which need a person to approve them.
Can you work with software another developer built?
We can review the codebase, documentation, hosting, access, and dependencies before recommending a support or development approach.

04 / Ownership, training & support

Ownership, training & support

Who owns the website or software?
The project agreement defines ownership, source access, hosting, third-party licenses, and handoff. We talk through those details before work begins so responsibilities are clear.
Will you train our team?
Yes. Training is built around the actual website, tools, agents, and workflows your team will use. Documentation and follow-up help can be included in the agreed service.
Is a human available 24/7?
Managed AI Workspaces includes a human professional available 24/7. Other website, software, and support arrangements have their coverage and scope defined in the service agreement.
What access will Keystone need?
That depends on the work. We identify the accounts, files, and system permissions needed for the agreed scope and plan access around the people and tools involved.
What happens after launch?
We can provide ongoing maintenance, training, agent refinement, integration support, and new development. We agree on the ongoing arrangement and priorities with you.
