Does my site include hosting?
Yes. If you purchase a website from Keystone, as long as you are our partner we will host your website at no additional cost.
What technology will my website use?
For WordPress websites, our hosting technology includes WP Engine. We use Microsoft Azure for other applications and services where it fits the project. Your setup depends on what your website needs; it does not mean every website uses both platforms.
How do monthly payments and paying upfront work?
Paying upfront is one discounted payment for the website build. The monthly option spreads that build cost across a down payment and 12 monthly payments, with the total shown before you choose.
These are build payments, not an annual website renewal. The hosting inclusion for purchased Keystone websites applies while you remain our partner.
Hive is a separate proposed website subscription at $59/month or $590/year paid upfront. The annual option saves $118 compared with $708 over 12 monthly payments. Hive remains in development; availability and final service terms must be confirmed.
What will I pay after the first year?
The first year of platform service is free with a Keystone website purchase. From year two, a standard website has KeystoneAI at $149.99/month. An ecommerce website has KeystoneAI and WiseCart together at $249.99/month total, with no separate KeystoneAI charge added on top.
Build installments stop after your down payment and 12 monthly payments are complete. Paying upfront settles the build earlier; ongoing platform fees still begin only after the included first year. Website hosting remains included at no additional cost while you remain our partner.
Both products are in development. Availability, the first-year start date and service terms will be confirmed before activation.
What other costs should I plan for?
Your quote will identify any domain renewals, company email, payment-processing fees, paid software and optional services your project needs. Maintenance, content updates and support are defined in your agreed scope. Website hosting is included at no additional cost while you remain our partner.
Optional work already included in your website scope is not charged again.
Are a domain and company email included?
The proposed domain offer covers first-year registration of one eligible .com or .net domain with a Keystone build. Availability, qualification and renewal pricing must be confirmed. Premium domains, transfers and other extensions are not assumed included.
Company email is separately priced per mailbox, with setup and any migration scoped separately. The menu above shows the current illustrative pricing.
What launch connections can Keystone help with?
When included in your written scope, launch setup can cover a Google Business Profile for eligible businesses and a basic Mailchimp signup connection. Google handles profile verification and approval.
Basic analytics setup is handled within your agreed website service scope, rather than sold as a separate add-on here. Starter ecommerce already includes one payment provider and checkout testing.
Is Mailchimp the same as company email or the Email Marketing add-on?
No. Mailchimp is for marketing email; a company mailbox is for your day-to-day business correspondence.
Mailchimp Free: up to 250 contacts and 500 email sends per month. Sending pauses if you exceed the limits. Paid upgrades, premium features and campaign management are extra; provider limits may change.
The optional Email Marketing setup covers campaign work beyond the basic signup connection. Ongoing campaign management and platform fees are separate.
Does included hosting cover every update or support request?
Hosting keeps your website online. Maintenance, content changes, new features and support are separate service questions, with responsibilities and any additional costs set out in your written scope. Tell us what help you need so it can be included in the plan.
Can I purchase WiseCart now?
WiseCart is accepting a limited number of beta test clients. Request beta access or more information using the form below. A request does not guarantee a beta place or start a paid service.
The $599 one-time setup fee applies when adding WiseCart to an existing HIVE site or a standalone website built by another provider. WiseCart setup is included with a new Keystone ecommerce website.
With a new Keystone ecommerce website, recurring service for KeystoneAI and WiseCart is free during year one, then $249.99/month total for both services from year two. Beta scope and terms will be confirmed before you join.
