3. No Guarantee of Engagement or Availability

We may decline, pause, or discontinue discussions or services if we determine that the requested work is not a fit, is outside our scope, creates unacceptable risk, violates applicable law, or cannot reasonably be supported.

You should not provide protected health information, payment card data, sensitive personal data, regulated data, confidential third-party data, passwords, private keys, or production credentials unless we have agreed in writing on the scope, handling requirements, and responsibilities.

8. Healthcare-Related Workflows

Keystone may discuss or support healthcare-informed workflows, care coordination workflows, document workflows, intake processes, routing systems, or internal operational tools.

Website information and general service discussions do not create medical advice, legal advice, compliance advice, a covered entity relationship, a business associate relationship, or a HIPAA-regulated relationship.
