1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits made toward contracted services are non-refundable. Deposits secure project timelines, resources, and commitments from Keystone, and as such, are retained in the event of project cancellation.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Contract Termination: Clients who wish to terminate their contracts before the end of the agreed one-year term may do so by paying a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the remaining contract balance. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

No Refund on Completed Work: Once the project has been completed and the final product delivered, no refunds will be issued. Keystone takes every step to ensure client satisfaction, and any issues that arise will be handled as per the project agreement.

3. Client Satisfaction

Keystone is committed to delivering high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction. Should any concerns arise during the development process, we will make reasonable efforts to address these concerns and adjust the project scope as necessary, within reason.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement that cannot be resolved between the parties, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in the state of Pennsylvania, conducted by a neutral third party. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

5. Governing Law

This refund policy is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
